Why is there no pricing listed on your website?

In order to to ensure we are able to give our customers the best price, we do not list pricing on our website. With that said the majority of our pieces are available in varying finishes, configurations and fabrics--each of these modifications may affect price. For that reason, it is best to work with our design associates in-store to ensure that we can help you pick the best pieces for your home. If you have inquires about pricing or would like a quote, please call our sales department at (773)-248-7878 ext 2. We can promise that we are very competitive with our prices and you will not be disappointed!

 

How do I check status on an order?

Status on special orders is available 4 weeks after the order has been placed. Send an email to customerservice.roysfurniture@gmail.com or call us at (773) 248-7878 option 1 to get an update on when your furniture will be arriving. All status updates are estimates that are given by the manufacturer, and are subject to change in the event of factory or freight delay. When you submit a status inquiry, please include the first and last name on the order, the order number, and the best contact phone number or email for us to reach you.

 

How long will it take for my special order to arrive?

Special order items will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive once the order is placed. The production time for any given order is given by the factory, and depends on the amount of time it takes for the manufacturer to produce and ship the product. Some manufacturers require an 8-12 week production window, and customers will be notified of longer time windows before purchasing.

 

Does Roy’s offer delivery? How much does it cost?

Roy’s Furniture does offer delivery service throughout the Chicagoland area, surrounding suburbs, and to areas just outside of the state borders. Delivery prices are calculated based on the size of the order, distance, and flights of stairs. Our sales representatives will be happy to give you a delivery quote during the ordering process.

 

What if my furniture does not fit in my home upon delivery?

Roy’s Furniture expects all customers to measure every entry point into their home before placing an order. It is important to measure all stairways, doorways, elevators, etc. before purchasing any piece of furniture to make sure that it will be able to fit into your home. If upon delivery the item you have ordered does not fit through any area of your home, we do offer a take-apart service from a third party company. This service disassembles the item that does not fit, and reassembles it inside your home. There is an additional fee for this service that is paid to the third-party company that provides the disassembly. Roy’s is not responsible for items that do not fit in your home, and no refunds or exchanges will be given if your items do not fit.
